About The Proprietor
CastleGuard Proprietor Sean Sunkel has a diverse background that makes him uniquely qualified to be of service to homeowners as a Property Manager and Concierge. He has many years of real estate experience first as a top producing Real Estate Salesperson in Ridgefield, Connecticut and then in Residential Property Management in Aspen, Colorado. Over the years, Sean has been entrusted with the care and marketing of some amazing homes. He has also owned 7 homes to date and is well acquainted with all aspects of home maintenance and caretaking. Sean also has valuable experience in General Management, Large Event Management, Entertainment, Audio Visual Technology, and various Construction Trades.
Sean Sunkel holds the coveted "F" endorsement on his driver's license allowing him to legally chauffer clients in their own vehicle of choice. In order to receive the "F" endorsement Sean had to submit to fingerprinting, extensive FBI and Connecticut State Police background checks, and physical and vision certification exams.
Sean lives in Ivoryton (Essex), Connecticut with his wife Vicki and their two boys Liam and Aidan. Vicki and Sean own Essex Pilates, the largest Pilates Studio in the region. Sean is a dedicated and active citizen and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Essex Board of Trade. He and his family are members of St. John's Episcopal Church.
